ELITE KIDS
PRE-COMPETITIVE
Ages: 5 years old
Athletes train 3-4 hours per/week
Gymnatics: 2 classes per week
(each class is 1.5 hrs)
plus
Dance 1 hour per week
(optional)

2025-2026 season!

This program is an introduction to competitive training. Athletes as early as five years of age who are interested in the sport of rhythmic gymnastics are accepted. Gymnasts participate in a Winter Show, one in-club competition and a Year End show.
Prerequisites: Genuine interest, good attendance, positive attitude, ability to focus. Gymnasts are introduced to basic body movements, jumps, turns, elements of dance, rhythmic apparatus and floor acrobatics.
INTERCLUB COMPETITIVE
Ages: 6 years old and up
Athletes train 5-8 hours per/week
Gymnatics: 2 classes per week
(each class is 2 – 3.5 hrs hours each class)

OUR INTERCLUB CLASSES:
Interclub 1 (6-8 years old)
Interclub 2 (8-10 years old)
Interclub 3 (9 years +)
Interclub 3 Open (11 years +)
Evaluation is required to join the Interclub program

This program is designed for athletes who would like to be more involved in gymnastics. The focus of the Interclub program is to increase flexibility, build strengh, develop technical body elements and apparatus skills such – rope, ball, hoop, ribbon, clubs.
Athletes participate in invitational competitions with an individual routine, participate in various performances, shows and demonstrations.
COMPETITIVE
PROVINCIAL & NATIONAL
Ages: 7 years old and up
Athletes train 9 -24 hours/week
Gymnasts train 3-6 times per week
Gymnasts train 3-6 times per week
Evaluation is required to join the Provincial/National program

Our Provincial and National programs require a substantial commitment from athletes and their families. Gymansts will work hard to perfect apparatus and body techniques and to polish their individual routines as well as ballet.
Gymnasts will take part in numerous invitational and official Provincial/National competitions within Ontario and Canada.
