To register:

1. Fill out a registration form and e-mail or fax it to us at 905-669-5690. Then mail or bring in your payment

2. Once we confirm the availability of space and receive your payment we will register your child.

3. You may also register in person by coming to Concord gym at 6 Bradwick Drive . Please call 905-695-0899 or 905-760-0092 to schedule an appointment.

Payment policies

One discount per family

• 10% off if pre paying for the entire season (September to June)

• 10% off for siblings (from lower fee)

• 20% off for taking second class

• $15 for all NSF checks.

• No refund after second class.

• We reserve the right to cancel class due to insufficient enrollment in which case full refund will be given

There will be no classes on

• 2-week Christmas Break

• 1-week March Break

• Family Day Monday

• Victoria Day Monday

• Canada Day

• Civic Holidays

Make up classes policy

• Up to three make up classes in the Fall session & up to four classes in Winter-Spring sessions

• Make up classes must be scheduled in advance.

• All make up classes must be taken within current session.

• There will be no transfers or credits for missed classes.

• No make up for classes cancelled due to poor weather.
